Make sure to tell your doctor if you have any of these conditions:
- Head injury
- Liver disease
- Lung disease, asthma, or breathing problems
- Heart or circulation problems
- If you often drink alcohol
- Brain tumor
- Crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease, or ulcerative colitis
- Drug abuse or addiction
- Kidney disease or problems with going to the bathroom
- An unusual or allergic reaction to acetaminophen, hydrocodone, other opioid analgesics, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
- Pregnant or trying to get pregnant
- Breastfeeding.
How should you take WES 302 pill?
Before starting this medication or getting a refill, read the Medication Guide and Patient Information Leaflet provided by your pharmacist. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor. You can take it with or without food, but if you feel nauseous, taking it with food might help. If you are using the liquid form of this medication, use a medication measuring device to measure the prescribed dose carefully. Don’t use a regular household spoon as it may not give the correct dose.
The dosage is based on your medical condition and how you respond to the treatment. For children, the dosage is also based on their weight. Follow your doctor’s instructions and do not increase the dose, take it more often, or use it for a longer time than prescribed. Stop the medication properly as directed.

- Trouble passing urine or change in the amount of urine
- Yellowing of the eyes or skin

Storage
