Update: Appearing for the first time back in June, the women’s-exclusive Air Jordan 11 “Neapolitan” serves as a complementary release to December’s “DMP”-inspired “Gratitude” pair. Now, it joins the colorway in being officially revealed by the Swoosh as the “Neapolitan” colorway enjoys a thorough breakdown of its ins-and-outs. Release remains set for November 11 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $225 USD in women’s sizes. Stay tuned for confirmation and for more details regarding this pair, be sure to review our initial coverage of the shoe below.
Original story: Throughout recent years, Jordan Brand has relied on its classics in the Air Jordan series to sustain the division’s heritage. Models such as the Air Jordan 11 continue to take on exciting new looks alongside the Jumpman team revisiting its classic pairs. For 2023, this approach is being employed with a return of the “DMP” colorway alongside a newly-surfaced “Neapolitan” look.
In 2022, “Neapolitan” hit the freshly-designed Air Max 90 Futura, leading many to believe that the rumored Air Jordan 11 “Neapolitan” would take on similar approach with brown hues. However, this on-foot breakdown of the sneaker sees a “DMP”-esque finish supported by a strawberry-colored translucent outsole. Black lathers the patent leather mudguard with a white base coating the upper joined by contrasting branding elements appearing in black.
As of now, Nike has yet to divulge any details regarding the release of the Air Jordan 11 “Neapolitan.” However, early plans are pointing to a November 11 release via Nike and select retailers at a $225 USD price point in women’s sizes. You can also head over to Flight Club to cop a pair.
