What are Little Smokies?
Little Smokiesare small smoked pork sausages found in the refrigerated meat section at most grocery stores. This recipe simmers them in a finger licking sweet and savory sauce. Basically delicious tiny hot dog wieners!

On the rare instance you have leftover lil smokies, they’ll keep in the fridge for about 3 to 5 days. Store them in an airtight container.
To reheat, you can microwave them for 1-2 minutes or cook in a pot on the stove until warm or pop in the oven.
Can you freeze Little Smokies?
You can freeze the little smokies in the sauce in an airtight container. Thaw the container overnight, then reheat the smokies on the stove or in the oven.
